Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Warehouse Technician in Magnolia, TX to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient warehouse operations. You will perform daily cycle counts, reconcile stock data, and coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and accurate reporting.

The role reports to the Materials Manager and requires attention to detail, communication, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with cycle counting processes.
• Proficient with ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Assemble door packages and prepare materials for installation.
• Assist installation teams on-site as needed.
• Operate company vehicle to deliver parts to customer locations.
• Order and purchase parts to support operations.
• Use Baan ERP system and Microsoft Office for admin tasks.
• Document and track materials, deliveries, and job support activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
