Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Mesquite, Texas facility. This on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and requires hands-on leadership to manage daily warehouse functions, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.

The supervisor will drive on‑time deliveries, ensure quality, and foster an employee‑centric culture. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager on goals, supervise forklift operations, and coordinate with customer service and finance for inventory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse.
• Preferred experience with forklift operation.
• Proficient in reading and writing; able to analyze orders and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse functions and act as a liaison between Front End, Shipping and Operations.
• Chase orders to ensure timely delivery and supervise shipping/receiving personnel.
• Assist with Mesquite Fleet and coordinate with Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and oversee storage and distribution.
• Ensure safety and OSHA/compliance across the warehouse and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate with finance for year‑end physical inventory and ensure smooth shift transitions.
