Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations at the Arlington, TX facility. You will supervise a team, coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor, and ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials to support manufacturing.

The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing, leadership experience, and strong proficiency with ERP/WMS and RF scanners. Expected to promote Lean practices and enforce safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years warehouse/logistics/manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading a crew; assign work, coach, provide feedback.
• Strong proficiency in warehouse systems (ERP/WMS, RF).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping).
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and leaders to run the new Arlington facility.
• Monitor inventory accuracy; conduct cycle counts and audits; investigate variances.
• Ensure FIFO, traceability and quality requirements are met.
• Lead safety, quality, and Lean initiatives; conduct tier meetings with staff.
