Job summary

Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is building a brand-new Arlington, TX warehouse and seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to establish the operation from the ground up. You will lead receiving, kitting, shipping, and overall warehouse management, reporting to the Materials Manager.

You will drive safety, KPI alignment, and team development while implementing Lean improvements and strong inventory controls. This onsite role offers growth in a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in warehouse, supply chain, or operations leadership preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading warehouse teams, with demonstrated people-management responsibility.
• Led or participated in a new facility launch or greenfield environment preferred
• Experience supporting or working within a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of production and material flow.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable operational results.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, standard work, visual management, and structured problem solving.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistent execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on operational goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion a zero-incident safety culture across the department and broader business.
• Align departmental goals with KPIs to achieve and exceed AOP targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop department team members for success.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and KPIs.
• Own daily warehouse performance metrics: inventory targets, cycle counting, E&O levels, shipping, receiving, and kitting.
• Plan, organize, and lead annual physical inventory with timely corrective actions.
• Communicate critical metrics to cross-functional stakeholders and leaders.
• Serve as primary contact for warehouse and department inquiries.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
