Job summary

Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is expanding near Arlington, TX and seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensure material availability, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will train associates, enforce safety, and lead lean initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Lead Hand will oversee FIFO compliance, data entry, and performance metrics, with a schedule of 5:45AM-4:15PM and a pay rate of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certs preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience leading a crew of warehouse associates.
• Advanced proficiency across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory.
• Operated site-specific warehouse equipment and understood ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory movements, picking, staging, and shipping activities.
• Review production schedules and ensure material availability for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate inventory variances and collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective actions.
• Ensure FIFO, material traceability, and quality requirements are followed.
• Lead daily tier meetings with associates per RBS standards.
• Ensure work instructions, standards, and specs are followed.
• Promote Lean manufacturing per RBS standards and ensure EHS procedures are followed.
• Promote Regal Business Systems values and collaborate on safety/quality issues.
