Job summary

Regal Rexnord is expanding its Arlington, TX facility and seeks a Warehouse Lead who will oversee receiving, put-away, movements, and shipping to support manufacturing operations. You will lead a team, ensure material availability, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, ERP/WMS proficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required; technical diploma/certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience leading a crew of warehouse associates—assigning work, coaching, and giving feedback.
  • Advanced proficiency across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory.
  • Certified and capable of operating all required warehouse equipment (site-specific PIVs).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse systems (ERP/WMS, RF scanners, reporting tools).

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory movements, picking, staging, and shipping.
  • Review production schedules and ensure material availability for manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
  • Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO, material traceability and quality requirements.
  • Lead daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards.
  • Promote Lean manufacturing practices and ensure EHS procedures are followed.

Job description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. As we expand into a new facility near Arlington, TX, we're seeking an exceptional Warehouse Lead to work closely with our Warehouse Supervisor and the other leaders to build and grow this new facility.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Lead Hand will ensure the timely receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials supporting manufacturing operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for warehouse associates, providing work direction, training, and support while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory movements, picking, staging, and shipping activities.

  • Review production schedules and ensure material availability for manufacturing operations.

  • Monitor inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.

  • Investigate inventory variances and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with FIFO, material traceability, and quality requirements.

  • Update and lead the daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards.

  • Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications related to tasks being completed are followed.

  • Promote and practice Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards.

  • Ensure all EHS procedures, goals, and site initiatives are followed consistently.

  • Proactively promote the Regal Business Systems (RBS) and Values.

  • Collaborate with extended team on investigations related to Safety, Quality, and other issues.

Qualifications
  • Minimum High school diploma or GED required, technical diploma/certifications in electrical, manufacturing, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience

Additional Requirements
  • Must successfully complete employer-provided training during the first 6 weeks of onboarding; company will assist with travel documentation as needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

  • Ability to accurately prepare and enter data into spreadsheets.

  • Ability to work overtime when required

$29-35/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 5:45AM-4:15PM
