Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse, manufacturing and/or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of environmental/safety regulations and policies.
• Ability to analyze data and take actions using Microsoft suite and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities in the department ensuring safety, timely shipment and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align plans, costs and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and oversee budget adherence and staffing.
• Develop and retain frontline team through coaching and accountability.
• Coordinate safety programs and lead culture of engagement.
