Job summary

Regal Rexnord is expanding its Thomson Power Systems facility near Arlington, TX, seeking an Electrical Assembly Lead to supervise a shift and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will manage workstation setup, coach a crew of assemblers, and drive lean practices while maintaining compliance with ISO and EHS standards. This onsite role offers a competitive hourly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in electrical panel/switchgear assembly manufacturing.
• Experience leading a crew of assemblers/technicians.
• Ability to read complex schematics and work instructions.
• Strong adherence to safety, quality, and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical assembly with setup of workstations and materials.
• Lead daily tier meetings per RBS standards.
• Ensure work instructions and specs are followed.
• Promote Lean manufacturing per RBS standards.
• Follow ISO standards and practices.
• Participate in quality inspections.
• Follow all EHS procedures and site initiatives.
• Promote Regal Rexnord values.
• Collaborate on investigations related to safety and quality.
