Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an On-Site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist in Olympia to manage inventory operations within a customer facility. You will oversee VMI systems, perform daily stock checks, and process replenishments while ensuring accurate order processing and responsive service. The role requires onsite work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and contractors.

Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations or related fields.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear, courteous, solution-oriented communication in person and writing.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in the customer inventory supply room to oversee and execute VMI systems.
• Conduct daily inventory checks to verify stock accuracy and availability.
• Write and process replenishment orders for timely restocking.
• Stock, organize and maintain inventory for efficient access and workflow.
• Collaborate with onsite contractors to provide quotes and fulfill orders.
• Deliver prompt, professional customer service and support.
