Ferguson Enterprises in Illinois is seeking a Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist to manage on-site inventory in a customer's supply room. You will perform daily stock checks, process replenishment orders, and organize inventory to ensure product availability and smooth operations.

You will also collaborate with onsite contractors, provide quotes on projects, and deliver responsive service with accurate order processing and professional support.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented support.
• Clear written and verbal communication for accurate orders.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Precise counting and documentation to ensure stock levels.
• Ability to identify and resolve stock shortages or urgent needs.
• Comfort with inventory systems and basic computer tools.
• Ability to work independently onsite.
• Valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Experience providing quotes on projects.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in the customer’s inventory supply room to oversee all VMI processes.
• Conduct daily inventory checks to verify stock accuracy and availability.
