Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, seeks a Victim Notification Administrative Analyst (VOSS) to join the FBI team in Washington, DC. This role requires active Top Secret clearance and full onsite work with no telework.

You will provide administrative support to victim services providers, manage data, generate reports, and train new analysts while coordinating with FBI personnel and internal teams. Final salary depends on skill and funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Active Top Secret clearance; sponsorship not provided.
• Two+ years of relevant administrative experience optional substitution.
• Onsite in Washington, D.C.; telework not permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to FBI victim services providers.
• Interact with FBI personnel including executives.
• Mentor and train new victim notification analysts.
• Prepare reports, manage emails, calendars and keep SOPs updated.
• Analyze data, generate reports and present findings to supervision.
