Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management, facilities management, business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting construction projects, facility operations, maintenance coordination, or related work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with vendors, contractors, and internal business partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Help manage permits, inspections, and required approvals.
• Keep project files, contracts, and documentation organized and up to date.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Work with project managers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deadlines, and action items.
• Assist with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and cost tracking.
