Job summary
Edwards Company in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a Technical Team Lead to serve as the equipment expert for the Intel team. You will support Edwards equipment installation, upgrades, commissioning and troubleshooting onsite, enabling 7x12 on-site technical support for the customer.

Qualifications
- AS degree or equivalent in relevant technical field.
- 5 years related industry experience and product understanding.
- Knowledge areas: electronic, mechanical, chemical, or gas in semiconductor industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, multitasking and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Edwards Service and Sales in installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards equipment onsite.
- Provide project engineering/management support for new projects proposals and upgrade programs.
- Provide expert technical support and first-level escalation for site team and training for on-site service team.
- Develop local work instructions and procedures to support installation, maintenance and continuous improvement programs.
- Lead on-site technical meetings and ensure 7x24 escalation support for the site team.
