Job summary

MKS2 Technologies, LLC seeks an Onsite Support Customer Service Engineer to support VA facilities in Iron Mountain, MI. You will perform installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment onsite, using Service Now for task tracking, and manage assets across the VA environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong system administration experience, be able to work 100% onsite with occasional travel for VA surge support, and meet VA eligibility and vaccination directives as

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment on site.
• Use Service Now to document changes, problems and tasks.
• Perform asset management, inventory, and equipment refreshes.
• Provide user support and handle escalations during VA site visits.
• Coordinate with VA staff and travel as required by surge support.
• Maintain security compliance and perform routine system monitoring.
