• Experience with high availability systems and server/network administration
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required by project needs

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability
• Manage assets, inventory, and documentation; use ServiceNow for ticketing and changes
• Perform OS patching, imaging, and software deployment; support VA security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT initiatives and improvements
