Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced HR Generalist to enable MADO transactions and country-specific HR support across payroll, employment law, and Total Rewards. You will partner with MADO teams and COEs to ensure compliant, smooth integrations.

As a trusted advisor, you will review due diligence, coordinate country inputs, and translate business needs into HR programs while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and focus on employee experience during complex organizational changes.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years related experience in human resources functional area, HR Generalist
• Experience with M&A HR support is preferred
• Employee Relations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the U.S. Country HR generalist partner and business enabler for MADO-related workforce activities and transaction planning.
• Translate transaction objectives, timelines, and deal requirements into clear workforce considerations and HR actions.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Total Rewards, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and other COEs to address U.S.-specific workforce impacts.
• Review workforce due diligence inputs through a U.S. Country HR lens for employment considerations and compliance implications.
• Coordinate Country HR inputs for transaction-related processes with COEs when specialized expertise is required.
• Maintain visibility across deliverables, decisions, risks, and dependencies with actionable recommendations.
• Assist with offer letter templates and employee transition documentation for acquisitions or integrations.
• Advise MADO teams on U.S. employment requirements and workforce compliance matters.
• Coordinate reviews of employee communications and change management materials for clarity and impact.
• Identify ownership gaps and risks and propose practical actions for compliant outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment of Country HR contributions with MADO project requirements.
