Qualifications

• As part of the job, a high school diploma or GED is required with 1 year of teller experience preferred.
• Employment includes background and credit checks and compliance with SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and process deposits and cash handling.
• Open checking, savings, and other deposit accounts for clients.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships and meet goals.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients/prospects during campaigns and follow ups.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
