Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person customers

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Residence within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base within local community and maintain long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and explain tax concepts in everyday language.
• Assist customers with complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
