Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a Retail or Flagship location in Illinois. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers and help grow the local TurboTax client base.

You’ll engage with customers in person, deliver accurate tax solutions, and foster long-term relationships while supporting community outreach and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week at TurboTax locations.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Participate in discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, 20+ hours per week.
