Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts in Illinois. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios.

As a Proactive Community Ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s yearly.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in local social presence and community engagement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
