Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering top-notch service in a community-focused setting. You must be an active EA/CPA or attorney licensed or able to obtain state licenses; 3+ years of tax prep; and willing to wear a uniform in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active professional license (EA/CPA or Attorney) required or able to obtain.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparations for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at TurboTax Retail locations.
