Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while growing the local client base. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, share tax knowledge in plain language, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and support resources to establish lasting relationships in your

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week; weekends included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base and foster loyalty through local community engagement and partnerships.
• Utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
