Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California, serving customers with tax preparation and advisory services. You’ll help clients maximize refunds while growing the local business through community engagement.

The role emphasizes in-person customer interactions, pro‑active outreach, and using TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in a friendly, accessible manner.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail location 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Drive local client growth and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-store.
