Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them to long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.

Skills
