Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing your local client base and delivering exceptional service.

The role is onsite, part-time (minimum 20 hours/week), and requires active tax credentials. You’ll engage with customers, leverage marketing resources, and wear a TurboTax uniform in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
