This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer-centric service, local marketing collaboration, and the ability to explain tax concepts in everyday language. Candidates should be licensed and local to the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
• Must reside in the United States.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience in a retail setting.
