Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide in-person and virtual tax services, build client relationships, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

The role emphasizes local growth, community presence, and high-quality customer experience, with training and uniform requirements. Strong tax knowledge and on-site availability are essential.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Build local relationships as a community ambassador and grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
