Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences. You'll grow a local client base through outreach, community events, and marketing tools, while maintaining flexibility with 20 hours per week and on-site hours.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory
• Onsite presence 20 hours/week between 8:00–17:00 local time
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients
• Support clients with business tax and advisory services with specialists
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing tools to drive local presence
