Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at designated TurboTax locations. You will serve clients in person and virtually, delivering accurate tax solutions and a high‑quality customer experience while coordinating with a team of specialists.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local growth, and cross‑selling of Intuit services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax local client base and nurture long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via virtual channels.
• Participate in local events and campaigns to raise TurboTax brand awareness.
