Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor in a busy retail setting. As a Proactive Community Ambassador, you will engage with prospects, grow the local client base, and collaborate with TurboTax on marketing efforts while ensuring top-notch customer service and accurate tax

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep filing 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and source of tax expertise.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax preparation services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
