Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior Test Solutions engineer onsite in Tucson, AZ. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting or leading Test Systems development (hardware/software, integration, V&V).
• Working knowledge of EVMS, IMS/IMP alignment, R&O management, and test system lifecycle.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional engineering teams including electrical, mechanical, software, and systems in the full test-system lifecycle.
• Manage day‑to‑day technical execution of work packages, ensuring tasking, escalation, and schedule alignment.
• Drive visibility of risks; conduct 30/60/90‑day look‑ahead reviews; maintain execution cadence.
• Approve technical changes; contribute to FRBs/CCBs; ensure integration readiness artifacts.
