Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience OR Master’s with 3+ years; 4+ years may substitute for degree.
• Familiarity with CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); JAFAN, DoDM 5205.07, ICDs, and related security requirements.
• Experience with Desktop Computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous record-keeping and data-entry to multiple databases.

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-paced, high-profile program; build and manage relationships with internal and external customers.
• Study and implement company and federal security policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Obtain rulings and deviations for compliance from government agencies.
• Manage security compliance and operations across SCIF/SAPF, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, and related areas.
• Develop and implement a security education and awareness program.
• Conduct internal security audits and investigate violations; prepare preventive-action reports.
• Ensure adherence to DoD Security guidance and SCG interpretation.
• Provide PERSEC support including documentation, indoctrination, debriefings, and clearance processing.
