Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst 3/CSSO to join our team at the Sacramento/McClellan Park location in California. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with security regulations for SAP and SCI programs and leading the security program for multiple sensitive programs.

Your duties include managing PERSEC, reviewing and submitting clearance information, and coordinating with government agencies to uphold the highest standards of national security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Industrial Security or a master's degree with 3+ years of experience; substitution possible with additional work experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required.
• Experience with SAP/SCI programs and DoD security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classified security programs and provide expertise in SAP/SCI requirements per DoD manuals and ICD directives.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.
• Assist program managers in interpreting and applying Security Classification Guides (SCG).
• Process and manage PERSEC activities, including clearance workflows, indoctrination/debriefings, and visit authorizations.
• Maintain PERSEC databases, document control registers, and secure handling of classified materials.
• Develop SOPs, conduct self-inspections of SAP/SCI security programs, and manage facility security operations.
