Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking a highly energetic Trainer to teach new skills and enhance employee engagement. The role focuses on onboarding new agents and partnering with site leadership on various training initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have training/learning and development experience, sales background, and the ability to adapt teaching methods. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or training certificate preferred.
• Training/Learning and Development experience is a must, with sales background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
• Plan and implement orientation and ongoing training curriculum.
• Assist with development of training materials.
• May conduct Train the Trainer sessions to develop trainers.
• Conduct training for onboarded or transferring employees.
• Analyze training evaluations for improvements.
• Provide input to improve training programs and curricula.
• Coordinate and document training requirements with Managers.
• Assist in maintaining department training matrices.
• Support in meeting departmental goals and special projects.
