Job summary

CRi is hiring a Trainer to develop, coordinate, and facilitate required training programs for employees in the Richmond area. The role evaluates understanding, maintains training records, and revises curricula to improve effectiveness. Location: Richmond, VA.

Work arrangement: 100% onsite. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with travel as needed. Minimum qualifications include at least two years of instructor-led training, strong public speaking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

• At least two years of instructor-led or stand-up training experience.
• Experience developing and facilitating training for adult learners.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, demonstration, and classroom-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate required training programs for CRi employees.
• Present training content clearly to adult learners with varying experience.
• Evaluate participants’ knowledge and ensure effective transfer of material.
• Maintain accurate attendance, completion, and training records.
• Assist with development and revision of curricula and materials.
• Travel to CRi programs and training locations within the service area.
