Job summary

Feld Entertainment's Kawasaki RIDGE National Touring Program seeks a PRN Assistant Tour Manager to provide on-call, travel-based support during high-volume events, assist with activation execution, and help ensure seamless operations when core touring staff are unavailable.

You will drive consumer engagement, lead CRM data capture, deliver product education, manage activation assets, and coordinate with venue staff and dealers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting experiential marketing programs.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences in high-traffic environments.
• Familiarity with CRM data capture and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

• Activation Execution Support and event setup/breakdown.
• Load-in, setup, activation, and load-out of RIDGE touring platform.
• Deliver product education and drive conversion through engaging demonstrations.
• Execute CRM data collection with accuracy and data integrity.
• Manage consumer flow, queues, and coordination during peak periods.
• Uphold brand standards, professionalism, and appearance.
• Handle activation assets and liaise with venue staff and clients.
• Travel and schedule coordination, including weekends and multi-day events.
