Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a Valid Driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical construction tools and equipment.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or equipment coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to climb ladders.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage an accurate inventory of tools and equipment on site.
• Facilitate issuing, tracking, and returning tools/equipment.
• Label, tag, and document assets properly.
• Coordinate maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Serve as primary point of contact for tool requests and repairs.
• Maintain secure storage and check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide training to field staff on tool use and handling.
• Forecast future equipment needs with Operations and Safety.
• Track costs related to tools/equipment to identify savings.
• Collaborate with Project Management and vendors as needed.
