Job summary

Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS) in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a College Grad to join an onsite team reporting to the Tool Install Manager. You will support equipment readiness, commissioning, and installation for tool demos and processes, helping deliver safety, quality, scope, schedule and budget.

You will mentor engineers and technicians, manage onsite resources and vendors, and coordinate across construction trades to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• 3+ months of experience or coursework in project or program management in large-scale construction or factory tool install/qual ramp experience.
• Preferred knowledge of installation, demolition, and operation of process tool equipment.
• This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment readiness and commissioning for Tool Demo, Conversion and Installation up to Supplier Qualification; from Pre-Design through construction install to SL2SO.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians in a matrix environment.
• Manage onsite construction resources and equipment vendors, including funding, forecasting, and logistics support.
• Provide actionable direction for technical problems such as demolition, conversion, and installation troubleshooting.
• Facilitate cross-site communication to achieve scope execution and impact on wafer/process development.
