Job summary

Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS) is seeking a Tool Install Project Manager for on-site engagement at the Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will oversee tool installation, conversion and demolition projects, leading matrix teams and coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field with 3+ years of demonstrated project or program management in large scale construction or factory tool install/qual ramp experience.
• 6+ years of demonstrated project or program management in large scale construction or factory tool install/qual ramp experience. will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• PMP, Lean methodologies, or Six Sigma certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tool installation, conversion, and demolition projects.
• Lead functional area teams of matrix employees to complete capital expense projects on site.
• Accountable for all aspects of leadership and management of the project team.
• Supplier management of day-to-day operations, major project scope definition, schedule performance, and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with factory, facility owners, global supply management, central design, site construction, and suppliers.
• Drive safe and efficient construction operations with lean principles and minimal disruption to factory operations.
