Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience managing scope, schedule, and budget with semiconductor tool install projects.
• Experience interfacing with Tool Owners, Equipment Engineers, A&E, GC and Trades contractors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Client’s Tool Installation Procedures, Protocol and Systems to support the continuous improvement of Client-specific Technical Infrastructure business practices/ operations and business needs.
• Interface and coordinate with the requirements of the Client’s Tool/ Equipment Engineers to support the needs of the Client’s requirements. This will enable the Client’s Tool/ Equipment Engineers to focus on business priorities with the Tool Install Manager focused on Tool Installation to support their needs.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget for current and proposed future Tool Install Ramps while managing EHS metrics in line with the Client’s business expectations.
• Provide Progress Reports to include RISK metrics/ mitigation and progress, schedule and cost performance KPIs and Planned V’s Actual forecasts.
• As Client’s Representation, responsible for all aspects of the Client’s Tool Install with the support of the Client’s extended support Team including Procurement and Leadership (Escalation).
