Job summary

Piper Companies in Omaha, NE seeks a Title Insurance Administrator to support loan servicing, vehicle titling, and collateral management for a leading financial services organization. This is an onsite role in Omaha, NE, requiring five days on site per week.

The administrator coordinates with vendors and DMV agencies to resolve title discrepancies, maintain accurate loan documentation, and ensure lien perfection. Proficiency with DealerTrack TMS and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle titling, auto loan servicing, collateral management, lien processing.
• Understanding of DMV processes and state-specific titling requirements.
• Familiarity with DealerTrack TMS, Salesforce, Hogan, or similar loan servicing platforms.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle title documentation, lien perfection, and collateral administration for auto loans.
• Coordinate with members, vendors, dealerships, and DMV agencies to resolve titling discrepancies.
• Review unidentified title reports and locate associated members and loans.
• Monitor title reports and determine follow-up actions and escalations.
• Process title releases, lien releases, ownership changes, and payoff documentation.
• Utilize DealerTrack TMS, Salesforce, Hogan to track collateral records.
• Ensure compliance with state titling regulations and internal risk policies.
• Identify collateral risks and documentation deficiencies; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with loan servicing, collections, legal, and operations teams to resolve issues.
