Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced welder to perform setup on entry-level welding components ranging from similar to dissimilar metals. The role requires high skill in welding technique and strict adherence to quality standards, with a day shift schedule Tuesday through Friday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.

The position includes hands-on TIG welding (90%) and MIG welding (10%) across steel, galvanized, and stainless materials. Training will be provided, with Fridays off and initial training Sun–Thu.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety rules.
• Experience with TIG/MIG welding on steel and stainless.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Tig welding 90% and mig welding 10% using multiple materials.
• Set up welding machines and prepare before welding.
• Quality inspection of welds for alignment and dimensions.
• Collaborate with associates and QA for project needs.
• Operate wire crimping and welding equipment as required.
• Training will be provided.
