Job summary

Maximus Federal seeks a Tier 1 IT Support Analyst to support SSA ITSSC II. This onsite role in Baltimore handles first-level support for AWS Connect and related systems within a busy contact center.

Candidates should have 2+ years in IT support and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Responsibilities include responding to calls and emails, researching issues, and providing hardware and software support for laptops and peripherals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and Office365 suite.
• Experience using an IT service manager to log tickets and requests.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and requests for technical support.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide hardware support for laptops and peripherals.
• Assign usernames and access rights for multiple applications.
• Work onsite in Baltimore, MD, five days per week.
