Job summary

BCCI, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Superintendent in San Francisco, CA to lead high-end renovations and tenant improvements. You will oversee quality, client satisfaction, and profitability while coordinating electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems and guiding project teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in commercial construction, a bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred), and experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science preferred.
• 5–10 years in commercial construction management experience.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout construction management.
• Manage project staff and coordinate with owner, tenants and professionals.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and administrative tasks.
• Monitor schedules and expenditures and related metrics.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and schedules.
• Review bids, subcontractor qualifications, and labor/material takeoffs.
• Review and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices; negotiate changes.
