Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role supports the delivery of large-scale tenant improvement and development construction projects for data center clients, working closely with senior team members to drive planning through execution.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in construction project management, on-site work, and a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in construction project management, with client-facing responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
Experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) and Fit-Out projects in Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
Ability to work onsite as needed and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain members to support compliant projects.
Analyze and track critical milestones to avoid delays in the schedule.
Support governance, processes, and systems for projects.
Ensure design standards are followed and progress is tracked.
Coordinate with suppliers and consultants through regular reporting and meetings.
Support cost control efforts and value engineering when needed.
Review project documentation and assist in client relationship management.
