Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or higher required.
• 0-2+ years in account and/or program management in semiconductor or related industry preferred.
• Experience in order management, customer service, sales, or accounts/program management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer account management and excellent customer service.
• Manage development programs and product delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to meet commitments.
• Generate quotes with sales and engineering teams.
• Onboard new customers including system setup and logistics.
• Track orders through foundry and third-party providers to ensure timely execution.
• Create and monitor revenue forecasts (annual, quarterly, monthly).
• Manage ERP-based revenue recognition and order fulfilment.
