Job summary

Skorpios Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Line Manager to oversee customer accounts and development programs onsite in Temecula, CA.

You will coordinate sales, engineering, and operations to deliver products, manage quotes, onboarding, and forecasting while advancing MES and foundry workflows. Ideal candidates have STEM degrees and 0–2+ years in related roles, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or higher.
• 0–2+ years of account/program management in semiconductor or related industry.
• 0–2+ years in order management, customer service, sales, accounting, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle PLM and Workstream or similar MES foundry system.

Responsibilities

• Customer account management – provide excellent customer service.
• Customer program management – manage all aspects of development programs.
• Operations management – work with operations to achieve committed business outcomes.
• Quote generation – collaborate with sales and engineering for customer quotes.
• New customer onboarding – system setup & logistics.
• Track orders through foundry and 3rd party providers to ensure timely execution.
• Sales order creation, order fulfillment, and revenue recognition in ERP.
• Provide annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts; monitor weekly updates.
• Program management – create and execute product delivery schedules.
• Vendor management – procure and schedule 3rd party services as required.
• Manage MES WIP and ensure timely lot execution through fab and shipping.
• Escalate issues to senior management as needed.

• Operations management and materials tracking– ensure orders are executed through the foundry and through 3rd party service providers in a timely manner
• Sales order creation, order fulfillment, and revenue recognition within the ERP system

• Manage and monitor forecast updates weekly
• Program management – create and execute product delivery schedules
• Vendor Management – Procure and schedule 3rd party services as required
• Operations management - WIP starts/changes in manufacturing execution system (MES), ensure timely lot execution through fab, customer order shipment
• Escalate issues and concerns to senior management as appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or higher
• Minimum of 0-2+ years of account and/or program management experience in the semiconductor or a related industry
• 0-2+ years of business experience in order management, customer service, sales, accounting, accounts/program management, or similar combination of roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle PLM and Workstream or other foundry MES system a plus.

Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in a temperature-controlled, open cubicle setting. Frequent interruptions and conversational noise can be expected. This role may also require occasional work in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.

Compensation And Benefits
