Skorpios Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Integration Engineer (ITL) to join our growing team in Temecula, CA. This role focuses on developing production-ready, repeatable, high-yield processes for state-of-the-art devices in high-speed communications.

You will develop and execute integration plans, correlate device parameters with inline metrology, and work with Operations and Process Engineering Development to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Semiconductor, Material & Science or Chemistry.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and statistical tools.
• Hands-on integration engineering experience in advanced semiconductor/MEMS process technology development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration plans and schedules with established manufacturing tools and processes.
• Understand major process modules and their interactions in an integrated flow.
• Correlate output device parameters to inline metrology and propose data-driven process changes or improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Process Engineering Development.
• Drive partners to meet milestones and resolve tech roadblocks.
• Analyze metrology results and disposition lots based on data and pass/fail criteria.
