Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America is seeking a Construction Manager for Telecom/Security Systems to lead the electrical team on hi-tech projects in Claude, TX. You will coordinate with design professionals, clients, and subcontractors from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

The role is onsite with a salary range of $90,000–$150,000, DOE, plus 12% geo-uplift, per diem, and incentives. Strong leadership and technical coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering/construction field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years electrical construction experience in industrial/hi-tech projects.
• Experience coordinating telecom/security systems and onsite supervision.
• LEED Accredited Professional or ability to become within 18 months preferred.
• Familiar with CSI construction specification system and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of telecom/security systems electrical subcontractors and vendors.
• Lead kickoff and startup meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate MEP startups with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change documents for accuracy.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and commissioning activities on site.
• Publish meeting minutes and maintain project records.
