Job summary

Hoffman-Construction seeks a Commissioning Field Superintendent to lead the onsite commissioning team from startup through turnover on major high-tech projects. You will coordinate QA/QC programs, collaborate with design professionals, clients, contractors and vendors, and ensure safe startup operations.

Based onsite at Claude, TX, the role offers a salary range of $100,000–$160,000 DOE plus 12% geo-uplift, per diem, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or construction management degree or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project commissioning management.
• Experience with industrial/hi-tech semiconductor projects and large electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning startup activities and coordinate QA/QC programs.
• Schedule and coordinate QC Specialists and startup meetings.
• Interface with design teams, owners, and subcontractors during startups.
